The safety of our guests is the utmost priority. Our experience as Fire fighters and boat operators give us a very special perspective on this important matter. Our vessel carries ample safety equipment, including life vests, life rings and a life raft. We also carry an Emergency Position Indicator Radio Beacon that immediately alerts the Coast Guard of any trouble and gives our exact location. We are very well trained in CPR, first aid, life guarding and water safety. And finally our vessel is in compliance with all Coast Guard regulations for passenger vessels. • American Heart Association CPR Certified • Certified Life Guard • Certified First Responder • Certified STCW Instructors • Honolulu Fire Fighters • Over 50 Years of Ocean Experience The safety equipment on board is provided at no extra cost to our guests and our experienced captains will decided on a per trip basis the need for adventurers to don Life vests. Reasons for having our guest wear life vest may include but are not limited to: • Age of individual be it very young or very old • Ability and experience in swimming • Certain weather conditions. Our tour will only be conducted in safe ocean conditions. These conditions however can change rapidly. All resellers of our adventure tour will have as much advance notice regarding cancellations due to weather or any other unforeseeable event as possible. Any and all payments made in regards to cancelled tours will be refunded to resellers to be refunded to our guests.
