Jaws We are doing all kinds of daring things for our 50th anniversary. This was initially scary but fun. There were at least 5 sharks that were circling our cage. I felt safe inside. One young man probably stuck his foot out. He was limping after. I saw others try that . Foolish . I was fine watch the sharks and keeping my appendages.

Shark Diving the Best. Our experience was a once in a life time adventure. The was professional and knowledgeable. They even circled the boat around to see a pod of dolphins. We had plenty of of time in the cage to see sharks. Will go gain.

Sharks and Other Creatures Overall it was a very unique experience! We saw a large tiger shark and a few other smaller sharks.

Unfortunately sharks lose interest in the area surrounding the boat pretty quickly, so if you’re in the second group there’s a good chance you might not see as many sharks as the first group.

Something else that I wish I knew going into it:

I wish I was smarter with my choice of swim wear because my group got stung quite a few times while in the water. The little rashes they left all over my lower body are still annoying and inflamed a week later. Not the company’s fault at all, just something I wish I knew beforehand!

Best experience ever! In Hawaii on my honeymoon and decided this would be the perfect opportunity to experience my life long dream of swimming with sharks. The experience did not disappoint one bit. The crew made us feel totally relaxed and were very friendly. I thought I would be nervous but that actually wasn’t the case at all. There was something so calming about being down there with the sharks and it was truly incredible. I will be recommending it to everyone!!!

Ella and Matti for the W Ella and Matti were awesome. Tons of sharks. These two were super informative and patient with the kiddos. Trip was on time and they even found us when we showed up to the wrong place.

This should be your #1 bucket list tour! This was my 7th trip with them and once again a phenomenal trip!! I do recommend the earlier morning trips as the afternoon water can be a bit choppy. Saw some dolphins on the way out and the crew was kind enough to circle around and let us enjoy them for a few minutes. This is a very safe and fun experience! You will see sharks and lots of them! They run online specials on their website and we paid $112 per person. You go 3 miles offshore (takes about 20 minutes) We went in the cage in groups of 6 for about 20 minutes each( plenty of time) There are bars on the inside of the cage to hang on to. Cage sits above the water line so you are always partially above water. 10/10 highly recommended!

Safe & FUN!! My husband & I went, & we both loved it! The short boat ride out to the anchored cages was pleasant. We could watch the surfers nearby and take in the north shore scenery. We also saw flying fish along the way. Once at the cages, we split into two groups for immersion into the cage. The sharks were Galapagos sharks. There was no chum or open jaws involved; the sharks are just curious. The captain and first mate were knowledgeable, friendly & fun. One child was hesitant to participate, and they did their best to allay her fears & encourage her. The experience in the cage is harder than I thought, though. The waves are knocking you around, so it’s hard to stay on your spot in the cage or avoid kicking others. There were a lot of sharks, & they were bigger than I expected. It was a thrill! We weren’t scared; it was just so great to be so close to the sharks!

Amazing Shark Dive Experience - North Shore Oahu The Shark Dive was amazing and one of our favorite experiences during our trip to Oahu. The guides were great and made sure everyone was safe, informed and having a good time. The ride out to the diving spot was fairly smooth and when we got there the sharks seemed to flock to us immediately. The water was very clear and we were able to see a lot of sharks up close! Getting in and out of the cage was easy and we felt safe the entire time. It was exactly as advertised and we highly recommend North Shore Shark Adventures if you are interested in seeing Sharks up close in the open water.
