As Advertised As advertised - - boat was clean/well maintained. Tour was on time. We went roughly 15-20 min offshore (maybe 2 miles??) Staff was nice and answered all questions but the there wasn't much proactive guidance for first time snorkelers or how best to navigate when you were in the cage, etc. Agree with other reviews that 15 min in the cage is more than enough time. There were lots of sharks to see just circling around - for our tour none of them came closer than maybe 5 feet from the cage. We went in late May and took the 730am tour .water wasn't super cold nor super warm (I'm assuming around 75 degrees?? and the sun helped warm us up after getting out). Waves were calmer in the earlier times.

Awesome! We had a great experience with North Shore Shark Adventures. The instructions we very clear on the emails. The day was beautiful. We did an earlier time since the website said its less choppy. It was a bit choppy but my husband and I were fine. I have mobility issues and told one of the guys on board and they both were amazing in helping me get in and out of the cage. It was a great experience and the crew made it even better. They were super friendly and great to chat with. We saw a good amount of sharks, they came right up to the cage which was cool. As first time snorkel mask users/first time in the ocean that was more intimidating than the sharks. You do get knocked around a bit when the pull you back to the boat but it wasn't too bad.

Amazing! Our family had the most amazing time fishing in Hawaii! JT was amazing! The views were beautiful and the catch was priceless! Highly recommend!!!

Awesome experience Great experience with the family. Our son did get a little sea sick but the overall experience was awesome. We would all do it again.

Sharktastic Crew was funny and professional sharks were good Size -experience was great. Definitely was worth the price paid I am now eager to dive with the great white shark in Australia one day

Fantastic, but anyone who gets even slightly seasick should be aware The sharks are fantastic and so were the guides, but the seasickness is no joke! I took a promethazine the night before but was still horribly seasick. The guides recommended taking a motion sickness pill both the night before and also shortly before tour if anyone thinks they could even remotely have seasickness. Other than that, it was amazing to see huge Galapagos sharks and also some other fish from less than a meter away

Great Experience! We really enjoyed our shark dive experience. The staff on board were very informative, humorous and helpful. We had great weather and the waters were very calm. I highly suggest and early morning dive as it did start to get a bit rougher as we headed back in around 11 am. I did ask about the video and they said it was available. The first group went into the water and the deckhand did ask them to move around the cage to ensure that everyone was able to part of that video. However, the second group (that I was in) wasn't asked to do that as we were on the other side of the cage. We didn't get more than a couple minutes in front of the video so we ended up opting out of the video package which was very disappointing. We did see a lot of sharks and had our own GoPro but we didn't get any pics of us in it. One other note was that the staff member at the kiosk in the parking area was not very friendly or helpful and the bathroom facilities had no doors on the stalls, which was very awkward. Overall, it was a great experience and we are glad we did this excursion.

Great fun shark diving We had so much fun swimming with the sharks today. The entire experience felt totally safe and the crew was so helpful with preparing us about what to expect. I took Dramamine before the boat ride so I felt fine, but some people felt a little woozy on the boat ride. Definitely drink a lot of water and pop a Dramamine and you'll be fine! This is a once in a life time experience and can't be missed!

Great adventure and many sharks We really enjoyed this adventure and we're really happy that we were able to see so many dolphins and sharks that day. As they have many tours a day they really have to speed everything up and therefore it feels a bit impersonal but Leon & Shawn did a great job and we always felt really safe and in good hands. Would recommend this tour but be prepared with medication for seasickness it is really pumpy in the cage and on the boat while your waiting for the other group. Well done Team!
