Big Island 9-Line Waterfall Zipline Experience

The property is absolutely beautiful. Before loading up in the vans there were tons of lovely flowers and plants to admire and the check in area and gift shop were very welcoming.
We all felt safe and the staff reassured us about every part of zip lining so that no one had any fears about stepping off the platform and zipping away!

Awesome Experience Loved this! This was the first time for all of us and it was unforgettable. From the great staff (Nick, Skip, Wes and every one) to the amazing views it was so much fun! I would definately do this again. We did only get to do 7 of the 9 lines because 2 were under maintenance but we were given a refund for this which I feel is a great way to take care of your customers.

Best zip line experience, hands down! Best zip line experience, hands down! I was so nervous going in since it had been almost 6 years since my last one, where they made me brake myself 😳 Our guides, Wes, Skippy, and another gentleman (shorter, heavyset - sorry, I don’t remember his name) were so funny and sweet. Their confidence and humor assuaged my fears. They encouraged me to go upside down, which I eventually did! The only bummer was that the 4th line (apparently the best line) was down for maintenance, so we skipped that one. Guess we’ll have to come back again!

A highlight of our trip We (family of 5 with kids aged 7-10) had an absolutely amazing time! John, Kip and our other guides made us feel safe the whole time and we all had a huge thrill. Great views and wonderful staff! I want to go again!

Swim and Paddle in Paradise! I booked the two hour swim and paddle experience for me and my teen son. Check in was a breeze as we had already completed our waivers online. We relaxed in a couple Adirondack chairs while we waited for our group to form. While we waited I made a quick trip to restroom and was surprised and pleased with how clean they were. We boarded our van with a couple other families and made our way to the falls. While the van has seen better days, our driver and guide Nick was cautious and intentional on our drive on the steep windy road to the falls. On the way he pointed out a garden we could walk through after our tour and mentioned we were welcome to take any fruit or flowers we fancied. Nick parked the van and we had a spectacular view before making our way to the falls. There is a bathroom here if you didn’t go at the visitor center. The path to the falls winds down the slope with wooden “stairs” placed periodically. There is a handrail the entire way down. When we arrived there are two pavilions with picnic tables and the larger one also has bathroom/shower. What a beautiful place. The water was lovely, was worried it would be chilly. Most of the swimming hole is deep - I could not touch in many places so swimming ability or flotation device a must. There were a half dozen or so stand up paddle boards, many kayaks and a large floating Lilly pad for use. Before we got in the water we had lunch. Deli sandwiches of ham or turkey, a bag of Hawaiian style chips, a canned juice and a little chocolate/macadamia sweet treat. If you are more adventurous they offer zip lines, ATV tours, eBike tours and more in addition to the waterfall experience. This was a great tour and I would absolutely book again and recommend to others. The rocks where you enter the swimming hole (if you don’t jump off the rocks!) can be quite slick so I recommend water shoes but once you get in you can slip them off for a pedi from the tiny fish 😂 At the end of our time in the falls we made our way back up the stairs/trail to the van and back to the visitor center. Showers/changing rooms are available so we were able to get cleaned up and put on dry clothes which was nice. We ended our adventure with some Dole Whip and enjoying the scenery. Overall this organization is professional, organized, well-maintained facilities and gracious staff. Highly urge anyone to book with them for something different when visiting the Big Island!

Great time The guides were fun and helpful. We had a great time and even mustered up the courage to jump off the cliff to the water (ok not a cliff but it felt high when we were standing up there;) Awesome views on trails! We took my 78 year old dad along with our kids and their significant others that were 19-24 and all had a great time.

Family Fun! Absolutely fun filled day and we had a great time. Staff were excellent and friendly. We will coming back here soon! Loved every minute of it!

Exhilarating experience in stunning scenery Such a fantastic experience with such beautiful scenery. Exhilarating and great fun for any age (though you need to have some level of fitness and nerve). Very well
organised, reassuring staff who were also great fun and put you at your ease. The staff seemed to enjoy their jobs and this helped with creating a great atmosphere. Plenty of parking, don’t get it confused with the Botanical Garden group, keep driving past that one. There’s a cafe, we only had the dole whip but it was delicious after our trip. You get water part way through to keep you going as it is humid. Highly recommend.

Zippity Doo Dah First time zip lining and could not had a better experience. All the guides that were with our group were knowledgeable, personable, and entertaining. Facilities were clean with beautiful grounds and perfect weather. Water and guava fruit was provided after the fourth line and was very refreshing and hit the spot. The only problem that we had was that one of the go pro’s that we rented stopped working halfway through the courses. Once we brought this to their attention they cheerfully refunded the cost back to us but also let us have what video was captured for no cost. I offered to split the cost with them because we got about half of the courses but they refused my offer with a smile. Great customer service! Definitely recommend this company and will return if I go back to the Island. The cherry on top of this experience was the opportunity to purchase Dole Whip from their snack bar at the end of the day. Price and portions exceeded expectations and after a day in the sun and zipping down lines it really hit the spot.

I could do this again and again - absolutely perfect!! This was an amazing zipline tour. The views from each zip were spectacular. And, thrilling enough for my teenage daughter who loved going upside down. The guides were fun and personable. Property is in great condition. I could do this tour again and again and again. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.
