Best dive experience ever! Never experienced anything like this! The crew was amazing, friendly and so accommodating ! They were one of the only dive shops to accommodate my girlfriend (non certified diver) and snorkeled with the mantas while we were diving below! We saw pink belly spinner dolphins, hump back wales, 6’ long eel named Frank , fish and a lot of mantas! Defiantly going back to aquatic life divers and have them certify my girlfriend! Hell of a job crew 🤙

First Class Outfit I did a couple 2-tank morning dives and wish I could've done more. Cap'n Tara and DM's Mary and Carlos were very professional and very friendly as well. Both DM's seemed happy to coach and took extra time with me to help fine tune my SAC and buoyancy. I would also note that they have very quality gear in great shape so I'd be happy renting if I hadn't brought my own. It was late January and the water temp was 78-79F. I was comfy in a 3mm suit. We dove 4 different sites and the diversity of topography, coral and fish was spectacular. This is 5-star diving country. I think my favorite site was "shark alley" where we went under arches, and around pinnacles, played in the surge, and found some sleeping reef sharks. We were lucky to run into day Mantas several times as well, which is ethereal bliss. I highly recommend this outfit and hope to see them again!

So worth it! Great dive - a must do! Tara (captain) Alex (1st mate) and Mary (DM) were a fantastic crew, both highly professional and super friendly. It was a very unique dive opportunity. Surreal. Mary gave a nice talk on Manta ecology and notes on individuals in the area. We didn't have many come in, just one working the 'campfire' but it was still spectacular. She was inches away and immense! I hope to do it again.

Hands down winner This is by far the most incredible night snorkel experience I’ve had on the island!! The crew is not just knowledgeable and mindful of the ocean, they’re hilarious and seemed just as excited to be on this ride as we were. Honey made us feel right at home, attending to every person to make sure we were having the time of our lives. Emma’s energy was infectious and the captain was so nice, he even answered questions about other things to do on the island. I’ll definitely be going back!!

Best dive masters to Marc and Mary I have over 900 dives in over 20 countries . Mark and Mary are some of the best dive guides I have ever encountered . Almost all dive guides are good because they love their job and the sea . They both did more on the pre—dive explanations of what we might see . Marc was really good in explaining little things like if this fish is in this position it means it is hunting . He also had an underwater sign for hunting . This meant that instead of just looking at that fish I now watched as the fish hunted . Mary was very detailed also but top that with her sense of humor . Mary and Tara ( instructor ) were a hoot together . Boat was comfortable, plenty of space on the bow , below the canopy or even on the upper deck . Seas were choppy so they called me a week out to reschedule me , the one day it was still a bit choppy they took us to a protective cove for both our dives . I also did the manta ray dive with Marc , what a safety stop , during our safety stop a monk seal was chewing on our mooring line .

Great morning of diving in Kona I had two great dives with my daughter and son-in-law with Aquatic Life Divers. Their boat was pretty stable for a very rough day. Tara the captain and Mark our dive master did a great job. Mark pointed out unusual sea life including a rare squid and a playful octopus. The team does a good job insuring a high level of safety with a lot of fun. Thanks to my divemaster from the Keys, Marly, for making the recommendation.

Best dive operator in Kona Aquatic Life Divers is the best! We've gone on dozens of trips with them and they have all been fantastic. Ranging from Junior Open Water Certification for my daughter to the Manta Ray dive. This time we had Marc as our Divemaster and Tara as captain and it was a great day. Marc went out of his way to find some of the fish/ animals we were interested in seeing and also fully educated us about the fish, dive sites all while helping with some great video! Thanks guys!Steve I.

NEVER BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THEM! I booked a two-tank dive for myself and my son, who was going to accompany me as a non-diver on the boat. However, I encountered issues with my flight, which was delayed, and I missed the connecting flight from Oahu to Kona. I tried to contact them by phone several times but got no response. Later, I texted them in WhatsApp and received a reply only after 10 hours that they can’t cancel the reservation.I I do not recommend any diver to book directly from their website. I had other bookings made on the same day through GetYourGuide and Booking.com, which I was able to cancel without any issues directly through the app. However, considering that I couldn’t get in touch with them, their feedback was disappointing and showed no respect for divers, only an interest in taking your money. Finally they charged me around 500 usd for noting and they didn’t accept a partial refund or any viable solution for this situation.NEVER BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THEM!!!
