Not worth the money Our tour guide was Shelley who knew her stuff about the island. I have to say it feels like a rip off paying for the tour when you can enter Pearl Harbour for free (we did not know this before we went). It cost $144 for the two of us to go on the tour which included a drive around some memorials followed by 2 hours at the Pearl Harbour site. Once you got to Pearl Harbour you did your own thing, maybe I was naive to think there would be some sort of ‘tour’ inside. In hindsight, I wish we had got an uber there and did our own thing - it would have been much cheaper.

This company is a scam! Horrible Experience – Avoid Aloha Tours at ALL CostsI purchased FOUR tickets for the Pearl Harbor USS Arizona tour through Aloha Tours, and it was one of the worst travel decisions I’ve ever made. First red flag: the pickup was over an hour late with ZERO apology or explanation. We were just left standing there wondering if they’d ever show up.When we finally got on the bus, a screeching, rude, and unprofessional female tour operator informed us that they actually didn’t even have our (or anybody’s) tickets… and we should hope to be able to get onto to memorial if it wasn’t too busy or sold out! Let that sink in — this company is selling tours they don’t have tickets for. We were told to get in the standby line and try to get tickets ourselves. So what exactly did we pay this company for? Stress? Lies? Wasted time?Do not purchase from this dishonest, disorganized, deplorable company. And what we learned… You don’t need a “tour” for Pearl Harbor — just get yourself there and wait in the standby queue. At least then you won’t waste money on a scam outfit that can’t deliver on what they advertise.Total rip-off. Zero stars. Save yourself the frustration and go ANY other way.

Beware – Aloha Hawaii Tours Is a Fake and Dishonest Company Beware – Aloha Hawaii Tours Is a Fake and Dishonest CompanyWe booked the Pearl Harbor USS Arizona Memorial and Honolulu City Tour with Aloha Hawaii Tours, and it was a complete scam. They were late, never showed up, and still refuse to refund our money. They advertise tours and tickets they don’t even have. Just go by yourself to the memorial — you can do everything on your own, faster and better. This is not a real company. Aloha Hawaii Tours is a rip-off and fake service. Be careful!

Great tour guide Chelsie was a great tour guide. She was very knowledgable about the city. She gave clear instructions when we got to Pearl Harbor about what to do and where to go to get signed up for the Arizona memorial and when to be back on the bus. She told interesting stories and made the trip fun and educational.

Tour guide amazing, time wasn’t enough Shelly, our bus/tour guide was amazing. Knowledgeable, funny, safe driver and a ham. Pearl Harbor is one of those places you just want to sit and reflect and I feel we just didn’t have enough time. That was the only short coming out of the tour. We will just need to return maybe using a different method to go and take the history in and thank the brave souls resting in this sacred spot.

So disappointing! The tour guide, Shelly, was amazing! She is very helpful and knowledgeable. I would give her 5 stars. However, we had a time frame of 5 hours according to sales agent. Unknown to us, we only had 2 hours at Pearl Harbor. There was no time to do anything. Shelly told us they are never there longer than 2 hours. She called the owner because we were very upset and he was supposed to follow up with us but never did. I would recommend taking a city bus to this site so you aren’t limited to 2 hours if you want to see anything!

Insight to Ohau and U.S.S Arizona The pickup was on time. Great start. Our driver gave us lots of information as we drove. I especially enjoyed the stuff about the islands history and how things worked on the island. She related it to her families situation which made the tour more special. Visiting the Arizona was very special even though you currently can't access the Memorial

Driver nice, punctual but stop at icecream place on return could be vastly improved as back of a shopping centre. Return via a very mediocre icecream place and drab supermarket could be improved to something more interesting and a variety of decent food

Exciting and Unforgettable! Chelsea gave a great tour of honolulus capitol, punchbowl cemetery, and Kings palace in the city. And had much im depth knowledge on the history in particular and broadly about the island of Oahu. She did an outstanding job guiding us around the Pearl Harbor memorial as well. And at the end of the tour took us all to get hawaiian shaved ice which was absolutely delicious.
