Welcome to the Kekoa Cazimero Surf Experience at Wai Kai, a surf experience that drives community support and cultural education.
3 hour onsite experience with personalized instruction from Kekoa Cazimero, a seasoned professional surfer with a deep knowledge of both competitive and recreational surfing. Participants will gain insights into techniques, safety, and the unique aspects of surfing tailored to their skill level. From beginners to advanced surfers, every participant will benefit from professional guidance and hands-on practice.
To enhance this experience, Kekoa will donate a complimentary hands-on surf experience to a child in need from local communities across the island for every 100 sessions sold. Together, we’re spreading ALOHA one session at a time.

About the Location
Wai Kai
Located within Hoakalei Resort in Ewa Beach, Wai Kai is an exciting waterfront recreation and entertainment destination featuring the Wai Kai Wave, The LookOut and Boardwalk Cafe dining, Sessions retail shop, Foam coffee bar, and locker facilities.
There are also water recreation activities on the adjacent Wai Kai Lagoon including kayaking, standup paddle boarding, hydrobikes and the Wai Kai AquaVenture floating playground. Wai Kai also offers a multitude of event venues including a sprawling event lawn with a waterfront fire pit.

Hawai’i is the birthplace of Surfing. Kekoa Cazimero is a local pro surfer from Honolulu, Hawaii with a passion for preserving Hawaiian culture and sharing the joy of surfing.
Blending his love for the Ocean and Hawaiian heritage, his mission is to provide a hands-on surf experience that incorporates local knowledge, surf education, and technique. Kekoa will also give his insight on sustainability & safe cultural practices to protect and preserve the coastlines he grew up on as a Keiki.
